I have been working in the helping profession for over 17 years. I attended the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice, specializing in clinical social work. I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings and currently work as a mental health counselor at a local high school. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma. I have worked with clients of all ages, but currently focus on adults. I love working with clients who are honest with themselves and open to change. Relationships are everything to me. Our first session will be all about rapport-building and helping you feel comfortable in the clinical settings. Our focus will be on you, and the reasons you are choosing therapy.
