It's hard. I know it is. Feeling so anxious that you cannot function at school, work or with friends. Feeling depressed that it's just numbing. Feeling like you are fighting with everyone and no one gets you! Maybe you feel like you are eating too much or too little. Is meeting a therapist a good idea or can you figure things out on your own? Scrolling through therapist profiles isn't helping either. I have something to share with you. Seeking help is not only OK, but that it's amazing! I went into this profession to help people like you get to the root of the anxiety, depression, complicated relationships, and move to live a more joyful life. This is safe space where we will work together for you. I work extensively with individuals and couples.
