We all get caught in suffering sometimes. We all lose our way and struggle with finding the next step. If you relate to that, I can help provide support and shine a light on the places that can change. I can help you reprocess trauma, navigate difficult relationships, and deal with Codependency, especially through EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. We can also work to address the resulting depression and anxiety you face. Life invites us to move through the old, open up, and learn new ways of stepping into this present moment with increased strength and empowerment. I am an EMDR consultant and have attended many conferences, and trainings. I am happy to have had over 1,000 hours of experience at an inpatient trauma treatment center in Arizona. I interfaced with leaders in the fields of ACOA and Codependency. I am partnered with Journey Clinical to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. LGBTQ+ welcome.
