My goal and passion are to be the best healer possible in any realm I serve in while meeting you where you are at to begin the growth and healing process. I bring over 25 years of service working with substance use disorders and over 15 years providing behavioral health services, I provide counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Depending on your needs and preferences, I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, trauma relief techniques, guided imagery, and mindfulness.
