I treat those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, trauma, grief, self-esteem, self-confidence, adjustment issues, relationship and family issues, social/communication skills, OCD, school and occupational problems, and ADHD. Through empathy and compassion, I strive to understand each client's specific context and authentic perspective, and view each counseling relationship as a collaborative endeavor.
