Hello and welcome! My name is Jennifer and I am excited to meet you! I have over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and young adults who have struggled with a variety of life stressors and have had difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-harming, adjustment disorders, trauma disorders, oppositional behaviors, relational problems, bonding and attachment issues, or child abuse related problems. Kids don’t always have the skills to be able to cope with life difficulties or be able to adequately verbalize how they are feeling which means that these feelings and emotions often come out in negative behaviors.
