The clutter keeps piling up, you're too drained to cook, and there's zero time for yourself. One more task on your overflowing to-do list might just send you over the edge. You’re not lazy or failing—you’re overwhelmed and you're not alone. I'm Jennifer, and I help people reduce and manage stress in the midst of chaos. Life may feel heavy, but change is possible. My specialty is autism in adult women and self-diagnosed autism is welcomed. I am neuro-diverse affirming. I have a speciality in women's issues, with a sub-specialty in pregnancy-related loss such as miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (also known as CBT/ talk therapy) and art therapy. I offer all sessions online.
