I specialize in working with people who are struggling to live the life they desire due to the effects of traumatic events that happened in their past. Identifying how the past is impacting current functioning and self-beliefs can empower a person to make changes in their life. The goal is to help a person make connections between their past trauma and their current beliefs, emotions, and behaviors, and understand how the body experiences symptoms. The focus is on understanding how a person’s past can affect their present, and increasing the use of resources that can help the person unpack their past and live a more fulfilled life.
