I specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Hypochondriasis, Skin-picking, Hairpulling, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Generalize Anxiety Disorder, and Depression. I also specialize in treating ADHD/Executive Functioning issues that make it difficult for young adults to get through college. I received training through Harvard University/Massachusetts General Hospital (MGB) and split my time between MGB and private practice. I use the most empirically-validated treatments to help my patients achieve real results by reducing active symptoms and improving their quality of life.
