This narrative approach allows new meaning to infuse your life and ease signs of suffering. I have been partnering with children, families, and couples for over 8 years to construct healthier stories that redefine the landscape of life. You are not the problem - the problem is the problem. In addition to narrative therapy, I utilize CBT, mindfulness, DBT skills, and more to support children, families, and adults. I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, and parent-child relational issues. My work in community mental health helped me develop an integrative approach.
