We all experience times in are lives when we are dealt a blow. We may be left feeling lost and ungrounded, as if the rug has been pulled out beneath us. Isolation or turning to something which will help us to temporarily feel better may seem like the answer. This is a time where we need support. If we can find someone to listen, we begin the process of healing and recovery. In our sessions together, we will first establish trust. You will talk, I will listen. We will explore the areas of your life where you feel you have lost your sense of sovereignty over yourself.
