I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love to support couples and individuals see the heart of their intention and communicate their needs. I practice therapy from a very trauma-focused lens. I believe attachment-based support is the most important work we can do for other suffering humans. The Evidence-Based Practice that I use is Emotion-Focused Therapy. Not striving to fix or change someone but to help them to live the life they want is the heart of the work I strive to offer.
