I am a marriage and family therapist specializing in early intervention with infants, children, teens and families. My passion is to increase connection between children and their caregivers through attachment based interventions, play therapy and sand tray. I appreciate helping improve difficult behaviors and create more understanding and communication between parents and their children. I feel honored to assist clients decrease emotions of depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive symptoms and low self esteem and help individuals live their best lives with healthy connections to support them. I strive to create a safe space where concrete goals are developed in order to decrease unwanted behaviors and cultivate a more satisfying connection between family members.
