Whether you are worried about depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship problems, parenting, managing grief, or any other mental health concerns or diagnosis, I can be of assistance. I provide therapy using a client-centered approach to help you understand your own individual role in your current and past situations, and help you find your way through. Therapy is a individualized process. In session, we will explore the best treatment option for you, unique to your treatment goals. In addition, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am allied with all individuals within the community, and offer empathetic understanding. I provide a safe space for each individual to receive quality mental health services
