I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. Our mind and body are connected to make up who we are. It is often hard work to get better and it requires commitment and patience. There will be times you will want to give up, however, know that I will be with you throughout the healing process. I will listen with an open mind and sometimes push you a little out of your comfort zone. My goal is to help you heal past hurts, hang ups and traumas.
