I am most passionate about working with couples and individual adults who want to improve their relationship or are exploring the ever-changing, complicated dating world. I appreciate the intricacy of human connections and the continuous effort required to nurture them. Even the most well-intentioned individuals can struggle in their relationships, or to find a meaningful relationship. I'm trained in the Gottman Method, am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-allied, and polyamory positive. Other individual therapy specialities of mine are anxiety, ADHD and self-esteem. Working with couples can be challenging and requires the therapist to be skilled in managing complex emotions and various relationship dynamics. My own experiences with relationships and in therapy have allowed me to provide a more genuine and compassionate therapeutic experience, which ultimately strengthens my commitment to this meaningful work.
