I love my work. It is such a joy to assist folks in discovering more of who they are, to uncover more of their authentic self. This is what occurs as issues brought to therapy are processed. I enjoy working with adults of all ages although as I age, I have found a special niche for seniors. I have a background in addressing depression, anxiety, stress, life transition and grief as well as feminine power issues. My focus is on an integrative approach that incorporates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms. I find that working with energy psychology (eg., EFT or tapping) most directly provides this holistic model. In addition, positive psychology that includes mindfulness and thought changing becomes a powerful ally with this.
