I am a passionate advocate for mental health and community service. My desire to make a positive impact began during my undergraduate degree at Rollins College and continued to grow through my post Bachelors work with City Year, where I supported at-risk youth in urban communities in a high school setting. My enthusiasm, compassion, and drive motivate me to use my talents—along with my academic and professional experience—to raise mental health awareness, promote self-care, and empower others with empathy and purpose. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of providing personalized, compassionate care. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication difficulties, time-management issues, family conflict, and relationship concerns.
