I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience treating and helping people struggling in relationships. My therapeutic style is an eclectic approach based on the individual needs of my clients, utilizing Attachment Theories, Self Compassion work and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I specialize in treating attachment issues, relational problems, post partum adjustment, imposter syndrome, anxiety/depression, and Trauma. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other neurodivergences. My goal is to assist you in gaining self-awareness, developing healthier relationship patterns with yourself and others, and trying new strategies to get your needs met in effective ways. I strive to facilitate a safe space where you can be your authentic self.
