My ideal client is someone who has spent years carrying silent burdens—perhaps a high-functioning adult who appears put together on the outside but feels overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck inside. They may have unresolved trauma that’s impacting their relationships or self-esteem, even if they can’t always name it. Many are men who have been taught to suppress emotion, who struggle to ask for help, and who are finally ready to break that cycle. Others may be part of a couple navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or emotional distance—craving connection but unsure how to rebuild trust or closeness.
