Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and stressful, and we all need support and guidance during difficult times. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, I have experience providing counseling for individuals, families, and couples. Trust and empathy are the cornerstones of a strong client-counselor relationship, nurtured within a safe and compassionate environment. My approach is strengths-based, helping clients tap into their strengths to achieve their goals and find greater fulfillment. Therapy provides a secure space to explore your strengths and work toward reaching your goals. With over 20 years of experience working with adolescents in a school setting, I have developed a strong background in helping young people build coping strategies, improve social skills, and manage the challenges of adolescence. I also provide support to parents during this time, as well as assist college students in navigating their transition to college.
