I am a career changer with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care through EMDR. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment. In our sessions, you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I specialize in anxiety/panic disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, and complex trauma. I also help clients navigate life transitions, relationship issues, and women's health struggles.
