Hi there, I'm Jennie Rossi, a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) based in Sonoma, CA. I have worked in the mental health profession for over 24 years and have seen quite a bit during that time. Be confident in knowing there are a few things you could say that will surprise me. That doesn't mean I won’t be moved by your struggle, just know I won’t judge you for it. I provide a space for people wanting to find new ways to deal with the stress and exhaustion of burnout, trauma, family/relational conflict, grief and loss, and phase of life changes-even the good stuff can be challenging sometimes.
