I hope to be the guide in helping individuals become motivated to make change, learn new coping tools, and engage in healthier thought patterns and behaviors to live their best possible life. I work from a holistic approach, instead of focusing on a single problem, I believe it is important to view and consider the entire picture. An important part of healing and managing is remembering that it is okay to not be okay, and reaching out for help is the first step towards healing. I have been a practicing clinician for over 15 years, and I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am EMDR certified and have worked with a variety of individuals with PTSD from childhood trauma to active combat.
