I am a great listener that likes to encourage digging deeper into the what's and why's that have caused trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I like to reflect on the biological, social and emotional states and how they can help heal. How do our life domains create anxiety and struggle? Together we can work and process those feelings associated with grief, loss, depression, and anxiety. Lets peel back the layers that are associated with general mood disorders, couples and marital issues, peer and self-esteem issues and start healing. I want to help others become the best version of themselves. As a therapist, I work with everyone as I believe everyone deserves a chance to heal and change. I understand the frustrations and barriers that life gives us, and as a therapist I want to help you heal and grow from change. As a therapist, I work with all mood disorders, mental health disorders, substance use, individual and couples counseling.
