My path to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. After losing my sister to addiction and my father soon after to what I believe was a “broken heart,” I experienced firsthand the profound impact of grief, trauma, and loss. Those experiences changed me, showing me how deeply pain can shape a life but also how healing can begin when someone truly listens and cares. Out of that heartbreak grew my purpose: to help others navigate life’s hardest moments with compassion, understanding, and hope for the future. For over 15 years, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and holistic, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard as they heal.
