The therapy process can help you gain clarity, an increased sense of inner calm and discover and embrace your authentic self. Because each individual is unique, sessions are customized to meet your specific treatment needs. My approach emphasizes attuned listening, reflective feedback, collaborative insight and an exploration of underlying emotions and processes. In addition we may highlight your personal strengths and interests, in order to promote a fulfilling pathway ahead. Sessions take place once or more per week, depending on individual needs.
