I work with clients who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anger, anxiety, shame and hopelessness related to trauma. Trauma is an individual experience; a response to an intensely stressful event or situation that emotionally overwhelms you. You may have experienced trauma as a child, in your relationships, as the result of an accident or medical issue, or even at work that has negatively affected the way you view yourself or others.
