Life's journey is filled with many transitions- some desired, some not. While change can present challenge and even loss, it also offers a profound opportunity for growth and self discovery. I believe that even through trauma we can heal and grow. As a trauma informed EMDR Therapist, I have witnessed the healing power of reprocessing the traumatic experiences of our past to make way for a better future. My approach also encompasses mindfulness and cognitive shifting to promote an adaptive Mindset for whole person Wellness.
