Finding the right therapist who understands can be a daunting task. My goal is to make this step in therapy an easy one. I received my Masters Degree from Siena Heights University in 2008, and have enhanced my skills over the years to help people feel welcomed, heard and comfortable. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused therapy, with a humanistic approach, treating clients with unconditional regard.
