My approach is integrative, pulling from different models to best suit your needs. We will work together to identify goals that will enhance your life and address areas that may be holding you back. My active approach is focused on learning about the way you think to change the way you feel and what you do. I like to think of it as being a 'detective' of your mind. My ultimate goal is to help you learn how to be your own therapist.
