Allow yourself to receive support if you’re feeling overwhelmed and process through emotions of trauma, grief, and life changes or events. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I am here to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space. My approach to therapy is collaborative, using solution focused and strength-based practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
