I am passionate about mental health! I believe mental health is an integral part of a person’s overall well-being. Many people put their mental health on the “back burner” so to speak, thinking that it may be passing or not as important as other “health” issues. It is important. It helps us balance everyday issues and is an essential part of decision making. Everyone feels anxious, angry, or sad, some have bigger mental health issues.
