I believe that my role as a therapist is to provide effective tools in a safe and supportive environment to help each individual activate their own intuitive healing process. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based approaches in order to support and honor the mind, body and spirit of each individual I work with. As a woman of color who has worked extensively with individuals from racial and ethnic minority groups, I pay careful attention to providing culturally responsive care.
