As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) promoting mental health is one of the most important objectives for me. I use personal experiences combined with years of training to help clients find a way to maneuver through their life's challenges in the best possible way. We will work together to establish achievable goals. I work with adults (21 years old), families (with children of all ages), and groups (21 years old) to help identify and resolve problems, resolve conflicts, and promote optimal functioning in everyday life.
