I offer therapy online for both individual adults and couples anywhere in California. Couples often come to me stuck in repeating conflicts that leave them feeling disconnected, stuck, and hurt. They may have tried to make things better, but somehow things keep getting worse. I help couples develop a new understanding of what drives their conflicts, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy. Individuals often arrive feeling overwhelmed by relationship difficulties, grief, past trauma, or major life transitions. They’ve realized that handling everything alone is too much and are looking for some much-deserved support.
