Hello! My name is Jenn Sprinkle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) here in Colorado. I have been in the mental health field since 2014 working mostly in the school system with students and their families. I like to use a strengths based approach to therapy and focus on what you do have control over and can change, while also processing feeling/reactions about things that are not in your control. I also employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to dismantle any cognitive distortions that may be impacting your behavior/reactions.
