I work with individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the relationships in their lives. Many of my clients have reached a moment of realization that their ways of coping and relating are no longer serving them, and they desire real, lasting change. At the core, they want to feel more understood, connected, fulfilled, whole, authentic, and in control. Therapy provides space to be fully seen and accepted for who you are, and supported in who you are becoming. I offer a compassionate, judgement-free space to explore past and current patterns and experiences that have shaped your life and relationships.
