About

I have served this population for over 18 years, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. I graduated with my MSW in 2003 and became an LCSW in 2021. I am also a Doctor of Social Work and Qualified Supervisor. My specialty is working with youth and young adults; however, I have experience in various mental health issues for all ages. I have experience with CBT & grounding for trauma. I am proficient in knowing all therapeutic approaches depending on the nature of the concern.
