Welcome! Many of the people I work with are "high-functioning" in the eyes of society, yet privately harbor a sense of emptiness, doubt and shame. My practice is dedicated to those who are tired of life standing still or autopilot and are ready to reclaim the authenticity they once set aside for survival. My clinical experience is extensive and includes working alongside individuals and couples addressing a wide range of topics such as grief, relationship concerns, stress, perfectionism, anxiety, loneliness, fixations, dissociation, fears, trauma, self esteem, conflict, betrayal, depression, moral dilemmas and life changes.
