We all want to live fulfilling, meaningful lives that include better relationships with self and significant others. Sometimes we get trapped in challenges, difficulties, and struggles. Coming to terms with past, present, or future disillusionment takes courage and time. My role is to help you learn to cope with your challenging situation or make sense of the hurt you feel. We will work together to develop a plan to change in a realistic, attainable manner that can provide hope. View 5 Photos I have been helping people for over 28 years in a variety of settings. I am trained and experienced in working with individuals of all ages, particularly teens, young adults, seniors, and couples/families. I deal with issues related to aging, anxiety, depression, family discord, grief, life transitions, parenting, trauma, and other challenges.
