I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Certified. I strive to provide a safe, open, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your true self. No "cookie cutter" therapeutic approach works for everyone, so we will work together to develop a therapeutic plan to meet each individual's needs, preferences, and comfort levels. In addition to talk therapy, I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR therapy.
