I work with clients to help them manage grief, stress, anxiety, and day to day living that can lead one feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. We all encounter grief and loss; it is, however, able to be adjust with help. "If he brings grief, he will have pity out of the fullness of his faithful love, (Lam 3:32)". I work individually with each person's journey to improve their mental health while opening up issues that may not always be pleasant, yet in a respectful, compassionate, non-judgmental manner. Along with each client we plan a person-centered healthy space creating healthy boundaries that is transformative and rewarding.
