My name is Jennifer Tamayo, and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, located in California. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, crisis intervention, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, and more. My primary objectives are to empower my clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, assess how their life experiences may be affecting their daily lives, and develop healthy coping skills to live a more fulfilled life.
