I am a hype-guy by nature and a therapist by trade. My goal is to support you in meeting your goals, trusting your instincts, and rediscovering who and what you would have been if no one had ever told you who or what to be. I already believe in you, and when we are finished, I know you will believe in yourself, too! Usually, in the first session, I simply ask, “What brought you to therapy?” Typically, people either start with the recent and work backward, or vice versa. I am always interested in the event or situation that leads a person to think to themselves, “I think I need additional support,” and then seek it out.
