I treat a variety of issues such as PTSD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, self-esteem issues, substance use, trauma, and behavioral issues. I strive to help children/teens become caring, loving, functional adults with a positive self-image and healthy emotional expression. In my work with adolescents, I help them to achieve life goals, build self-esteem, and healthy peer relationships. For adults with substance use I work with the client to find a path to sobriety by treating the underlying cause, using their inner strengths to support them. My style is direct, compassionate, and supportive. I have successfully treated children, adolescents, adults and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use issues. I offer Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, ERP, EMDR, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based, and Art, Sand, Play techniques.
