“Everyone is going through something and that shapes who they are.” I take the time to understand my clients through compassion. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Arkansas, Massachusetts, and Texas. In counseling, I use a holistic perspective, providing a unique and effective treatment individualized for the client. My preferred therapy models include cognitive-behavioral, choice theory, client-centered, and solution-focused. I assist clients who are experiencing anger, anxiety, grief, depression, college transitions, and professional concerns.
