I have over 25 years of experience in the social work field working with individuals of all ages, families, LGBTQ and students and come from a strengths-based and solution focused approach. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and AASECT certified sex therapist committed to building a solid relationship and creating a safe space for anyone to share and explore together. Through talk therapy I can also incorporate various methods of treatment like CBT, solution focused therapy, sex therapy, sensate focus, mindfulness and spiritual guidance (positive and/or negative experiences).
