If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably seriously contemplating therapy or recognize that change is on the horizon. It’s courageous, yet difficult work to better understand yourself, and I’d be honored to be a part of your journey. As your therapist, I will support you every step of the way until you feel ready to take on the world. I will embrace your story and strive to create a nurturing and safe environment for you to get in touch with your mind and body, in order to heal your soul and make meaningful change on your own. I consider myself integrative and collaborative and I typically lean on somatic and polyvagal lenses to provide you with education and tools to benefit from in your day-to-day. “Somatic” literally means relating to the body and adds a significant context to the process of understanding the ways our body react to the thoughts and emotions we experience.
