About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist who supports individuals across all stages of parenthood, from preconception through postpartum and beyond. I also work more broadly with women navigating challenges related to reproductive health, identity shifts, life transitions, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and the complex emotional terrain that often accompanies these experiences. My clinical focus includes reproductive health concerns such as infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I have a particular passion for walking alongside those facing difficult or traumatic journeys to parenthood. These processes can be emotionally and physically intense, and I provide a space to navigate the complex feelings that often accompany fertility treatments, including grief, hope, anxiety, relationship stress, and decision fatigue.
